Chili's Grill - Franklin

In the heart of Cool Springs, you can't go wrong stopping by after a long day at work for 2-for-1 drinks and some delicious chips and queso!

Can't rate the food because we never got seated. There were 3 couples waiting in line in front of us and no host to seat us. One guy finally ask to speak to someone and they got into a heated argument. The people that were waiting on the side to be seated got up and left. Place was only half full. We left as well as the couple in front of us after waiting 10 minutes with no attention. Will not go back.

Been a LONG time since I’ve been to Chilis. Apparently wasn’t long enough. Got a salad to-go, pre-tipped well, sign says to sit in car and they’ll bring it out, sat for 10 min and then walked inside. No one around. Food sitting on a shelf. Gotta say, this was one of the most basic, sad salads I’ve had. Sooooo many other restaurants around here with far better food (even fast food). Baffled that places like this are still open

Tonight was the final straw! Unfortunately, this restaurant has really declined over the years. It used to be one of the best in town, but now they struggle to keep staff, resulting in poor service. We had to actively ask for napkins, silverware, and drink refills. Our alcoholic beverages tasted more like overpriced fruit juice. The food was mediocre—served lukewarm, overly seasoned, and they’ve removed items from the menu that are still listed. It took the manager to come and explain that. Additionally, their portions have shrunk while prices have increased. The whole experience felt like a concessions stand at a football stadium. Given this, I can’t see myself returning to this or any other Chili's location again. It's disappointing, especially since we used to go there weekly for almost two years!

This place really-really is the worst Chilies. I've eaten at the chain in multiple states. Servers seemingly have no dress code and don't know the very basics of their own menu. It was like trainees on a Friday night with hardly anyone in the place. Asked if we needed any containers shortly after the food was delivered and then completely ignored us. Never refilled drinks. $13 burger wasn't made correctly. Had more plentiful toppings from a Sonic drive through. They forgot the fries. None of it was very good. Got the manager involved and he was the biggest disappointed as well. He comped a couple dollars for the fries and told me to pay with their table top device. No receipt. Never going back. My wife and son say the same just as many of the other yelp reviews. Really, you shouldn't be serving food if you look like you're going to go clubbing or are held together by over stretched yoga pants. I imagine the owner just doesn't care. It sure shows.
