Burger King - Franklin

During the summer and mostly autumn, this Burger King had a "made to order" service. While we would wait about 10 minutes, the food was consistently hot and fresh, which I really appreciated. However, now that winter has arrived, it seems the BK is under new management and has returned to a faster service. Unfortunately, this means that half the time my food is warm and incorrect, and the other half it's overcooked and dry from sitting out. I rated it 4 stars for the summer service, but my recent visits have left me less impressed.

I initially thought the interior was a bit citrusy, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant was modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly. They clearly have health and safety protocols in place, which they adhere to. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking available, and it's easy to get to by car. I rated it four stars because I was the only customer in the place at the time and I had a small order. I can't comment on how the experience might differ with a larger crowd.
