Fletchers Better Burger - Frankfurt

Wait staff were poor, they didn't know what we were asking for, even though we were repeqtedly telling them and pointing at it on the menu. Food was terrible, worst meal we had on our trip to Germany. Very bland, no effort put into making it. Don't eat here.

Terrible service, cocktails with no discernible alcohol, out of many menu items. Convenient location but you cam find bettet.

My sister and I attempted to eat here this morning, and the waiter seemed to take an immediate set on us, because he made direct eye contact with my sister and I multiple times yet refused to take our order. After twenty minutes, we were still waiting for someone to give us the time of day and take our order, but we were continuously ignored. Now you might think: “the restaurant must have been busy! That’s why it took so long for the waiter to take their order” Nope! The waiter took several other customers orders that arrived AFTER us, and continued to avoid our table like the plague. Another customer actually ordered after we got there and was served his full meal, and ate the entire thing before a waiter could even take our order. After quite a long wait, my sister decided to approach the waiter and give him our order (we were just looking to order 2 açai bowls so it’s not like we had a huge order) and the waiter kept speaking over her and not letting her say anything. In the end we left hungry, and I will never forget how awful the staff are in this establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. there are many many other places that deserve your hard earned money far more than this abysmal restaurant.

Ich habe dort meinen ersten Burger in einem kleinen, halbierten Eisbergsalat statt dem üblichen Weizenbrötchen probiert. Er war soweit lecker und sehr saftig, etwas Salz hatte gefehlt, aber dies kann man nach eigenem Ermessen nachwürzen. Ambiente war nicht so mein Geschmack, die dunklen Kacheln an den Wänden und die schmucklosen Tische verliehen dem Laden einen sehr spartanischen Eindruck. Preis/Leistung gerade noch im Rahmen.

Waren unter der Woche nachmittags im Nordwestzentrum. Die Bedienung war um Freundlichkeit bemüht, aber etwas unlocker (vielleicht neu?!), das ganze wirkte dann etwas unterkühlt. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr gewünscht. Wie der Melder funktioniert, war mir klar. Aber ist es vielleicht nicht jedem. Da hätte man mal nett fragen können, ob man damit vertraut ist. Auch beim Abholen gab es kein "Guten Appetit" oder "Senf/Ketchup steht da drüben", alles sehr unterkühlt, man bekam einfach die Tabletts hingeschoben. Schade, denn Burger und Süßkartoffelpommes waren echt lecker. Nur die Verteilung der Zutaten auf dem Burger wirkte etwas befremdlich. War aber nicht so wild. Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig, Preise allemal okay.
