Blumen - Restaurant in der Bar

We put under examination this tiny restaurant with a 6 course dinner and the overall experience is absolutely positive. The details are the following: Environment: Tiny and vintage: Very nice combination of original details. The table ware is all vintage without being fake or pretentious. Absolutely comfortable. Ideal for couples or tiny groups I dare to say no more than 4). Selection of wines: Amazing. They really went beyond my expectations. My senses travelled from one wine yard to other, from one region to other. The bouquet of the Germans whites surprised me because finally they made me discover the essence of their territory.. the essence of the land. The french selection, without any doubt made me travel as well. Food: Their combinations were very creative. I would only drive the attention in two details: We had one dish with curry cauliflower: The overall of the dish was ok, but this curry dominated too much in the context making the dish unbalanced. Another dish had lentils. I felt a mint taste but the excess of salt disturbed a little bit its harmony. Do not expect a menu: they serve what they like, but you can totally put yourself in their hands..Trust them!!! just point out if there is any ingredient you don't really like. Dessert: fantastic Little chocolates with the bill: Fantastic. Staff: Kind, polite and professional. I strongly recommend this place but be careful to book in advance since the place is tiny and they take good care of the people.

The waiters are always very eager and without leave friendly!There it has never happened to us that a dish has come cold on the table. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired.The restaurant is truly very nicely furnished. No cheap decoration, instead it was the most unusually nice to each other.I can only recommend this place!

Extremely good food with great wine pairing and very good aperitive cocktails. The service was also excellent and the ambience is beautiful.
