Bidrage med feedbackAs a Michigan native, I was thrilled to find a restaurant that offered three different vegan pasty options. My wife had never tried one before, so we ordered the vegan beef and vegan chicken pasties. After waiting about 50-60 minutes for them to be warmed, we explored the shops nearby before returning to enjoy our meal. The beef pasty was incredibly delicious and full of flavor, but unfortunately, we were not impressed with the chicken pasty. It lacked flavor and the accompanying gravy tasted like plain water.
The vegan beef pasty was delicious. We chose to have one warmed up as we strolled around. It was definitely worth the wait.
The Vegan Yooper pasty was absolutely delicious. You have the option to purchase them frozen, but we decided to have one freshly warmed up at the restaurant, which took about 45 minutes. There are plenty of shops nearby to browse while you wait.
If you want a true Michigan experience, come here and get a pasty. They have three different vegan options. It will take 45 minutes for them to heat it up for you, so come here first and then walk around the shops while you wait. We got the veggie one, and it was delicious.
Being from Michigan originally, I was intrigued to see that this restaurant offered three different vegan pasty options. My wife had never tried one before, so we decided to order the vegan beef and vegan chicken pasties. We had them heated up on site, which took about 50-60 minutes, so we explored some nearby shops while we waited. I really enjoyed the beef pasty, as it was flavorful and delicious. However, I wasn't a fan of the chicken pasty. It lacked flavor and was quite bland, tasting almost like water.
