Sichuan Gourmet Ii - Framingham

I arrive at this outstanding restaurant many times because I like the good mood that is outline this place. The staff is extremely welcoming and experienced. The service is awfully quick. Most important, the food you eat is great. I visited often and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Nice and cozy place, like the ambience and the staff are quick at serving. There are good options for vegetarians as well. Like the fact they served hot tea. The house special fried is a must try!!

I've never had a bad meal or experience at this place. I especially love the Shredded Dry Beef with Chili Sauce. I have eaten in the restaurant and am a semi regular take out customer here. The quality is consistent it is always great!

Good food and they are so nice the people who work there specially the front desk

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. I ordered two dishes, and one of them was poorly prepared and lacked flavor—it was completely bland. The trouble didn't end there; when I went to pay the bill, I indicated on the receipt that I had not left a tip. The woman who collected the payment came back and asked me about it. If she had simply looked, she would have seen the tip I left on the table. Instead, she yelled at me in a very loud voice, saying, "You don't have a tip for me!" I have never felt so humiliated in my 20 years of dining out. To make matters worse, I returned the next day to speak with the manager. He seemed completely unfazed by what I told him and just said, "Okay, I'm sorry," while laughing.
