Dunkin' Donuts - Framingham

I requested no cheese, and they delivered exactly that—without cheese! You have no idea how rare this is. I don’t mind that it took 20 minutes; they were a bit slow, but the dish turned out perfectly. Great things take time, and this restaurant truly delivers on that!

The staff is very friendly, and I really enjoy the standard of service here—it's excellent! Please keep it up!

At this location, I waited about ten minutes in the drive-thru, but the friendly lady assured me she would be with me shortly. I told her to take her time. When she took my order, she was incredibly pleasant. As I approached the window, she complimented me while handing me my donuts, and as I was giving her my debit card to pay, I was taken by surprise when she told me that the guy in front of me had paid for my order. What a generous act! I thought that kind of thing only happened with YouTubers.
