Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately, the major downside of this restaurant is that the owner does not care about customer feedback. The manager lacks any sense of hospitality! It seems that he values financial gain over the reputation of his business. He even recommended that I dine elsewhere. It's disappointing considering we were loyal patrons.
I recently went to Grilled Dolce for the first time with friends. I was lucky to have made a reservation because the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night. We each ordered different dishes, which were all very good. The wait time was reasonable, and although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, they were attentive once we were seated. There was a small mistake with some missing fries with the steak, but it was quickly rectified. I ordered a Caesar salad, but I was slightly disappointed as the famous Caesar sauce was missing - there was only a small amount at the bottom of the plate. Nevertheless, the meal was still tasty. I would definitely return to Grilled Dolce when I have the chance. Just a heads up, Saturday nights can be quite noisy, so if you prefer a quieter dining experience, it might be best to visit on a different day.
Unfortunately, the big black point of this restaurant is that the head of the establishment is not concerned about the customer's opinion. In no case does the manager have a commercial meaning! I think for him that the financial aspect is much more important than the image of his trade! By this fact, he suggested to me to go eat elsewhere shameful because we were good customers at the base!

We are regular guests of the restaurant. They have evolved a lot over the past few months and seem to be increasingly frequent at noon and at night. Congratulations but pay attention to one thing: the practice of double service in the evening (and especially the weekend) gives stress to the staff and customers in place when the following customers wait to find a free table. this little message to warn you not to lose in quality to want to accept at any cost the largest number of visitors.
