We went to their branch in that square being served by a female person with glasses with a very bad character and terrible attention. I was surprised by his attitude because we requested three simple cones with chocolate and his almost immediate response, even before I finished the word chocolate, he very despotically responded in a bad way...... Here we do not serve cones with chocolate, there is no chocolate . Without question we accept the simple cones. It was seen that he treated his other colleagues badly, I suppose they are in his charge. However, their lack of spirit of service and tact when dealing with clients is notorious. The person behind us was served a glass of fruit and chocolate as we requested. Just because I didn 't want to make a scene I didn 't complain about his arrogance. They should be more careful about the kind of people they hire and the training they receive. I will not return to that branch. P.S.
