We ordered online and we were charged, however the food was not delivered, we spoke directly to the branch and after listening to us, they hung up on us. We spoke on WhatsApp and they took a while to respond, we sent a capture of the payment and still we were not compensated for the money we paid. Very unfair and very poor customer service.
