Artemisia - FRABOSA SOTTANA

We ate in couple, all great, fondue and sweet appetizer. Very helpful staff, sin for the table quite noisy side by side, but holders can not be held responsible for people's rudeness

Exaggerated prices for what is proposed: polenta served in moderate quantities but above all with ready sauces in envelopes ( sauce for porcini surely), grilled for two people of good quality but exaggerated price(44 euros)

Artemisia is a guarantee... The pizza is good and the variety of offers is great, the local is very pleasant and recently renovated, but the must is definitely the kindness and professionalism of the staff. But I would like to dwell on IL BIDONE, the pub in the central square of Artesina and the key point of the local life. I've been going to the Bidone for years, always getting satisfied that it was for a beer or for a meal. In particular, I have always admired the professionalism of the staff who also in the situation of chaos manages to work really impeccablely maintaining a quality of service and really excellent dishes, fact that it convinced me this year to choose Il Bidone for the New Year's Eve dinner. The form of the chosen menu was really interesting, fresh and youthful. It was however the management to deserve something more than a positive review: 4 hours of tail Savona-Artesina (Prato and its parties must be extinguished).. We arrive late and already Simone proves to be available on the phone, but the long wait in the car makes you that once you get to Artesina the person with me feels little good. We only eat the very first courses and we're forced to leave. Without falling into detail the way they proved available and managed the situation Simone and the other boys was incredible and left me speechless. So THANK YOU, Andrea.
