Showcase Cinema De Lux Patriot Place

The amenities are great. Starbucks coffee, Hersey ice cream, popcorn and candy...the staff is pleasant and accomodating. The seats are ok but could use updating to the recliners.

So thos use to be mine and my wife's spot for a long time but we have not been back in about 3 years a little bit before the pandemic. We went tonight to see Black Adam and man was it super disappointing with all the changes to the Lux level which iswhere we always go. For the extra ticket price it use to be a experience. You use to sit in nice comfortable recliningchairs,They had great servers that would come around through the movie to take orders they had a great service button you had a$5 food voucher it was great. But man going back tonight they changed everything and not for the better.First they disabled theservice button and all those great servers that use to come around and provide great service and take your orders and prettymuch treat you like VIP for that extra ticket price are gone. You now have to order through a app which navigation is a pain touse and there are zero pictures of anything just a brief description. Gone are the great servers and if you are more then ahour and 20 min into a movie you have to get up and go to the bar to order food you can no longer just order. The service isterrible you get ignored at the bar when you go up. And those nice reclining chairs are mostly broken they don't recline theseat cushions are non existing you litterly almost fall through because the springs are shot in the chairs. So you pretty muchpay extra to be able to drink. Unfortunately I will not return here any more I will go to the Attleboro Lux where you can drinkand sit in working reclining chairs at no extra cost.

Nice week day afternoon movie had the place to ourselves but the seats were a little uncomfortable for the 4 year old. Big clean theater though right at Gillette always a good time.

When this place first opened it was awesome! The seats reclined and you have a waitress. Now most theaters have comfy reclining seats and you can get adult beverages as well. There is a button to call the server but they want you to use the app. PersonallyI don?t need another app and looking at my phone while watching the movie is less than ideal. So why did I spend more money tobe much further away from the screen? Instead just try showcase north Attleboro.

I've seen plenty of movies here. Always a good time. Spacious theaters with plenty of seats. You can order tickets online ahead of time or when you arrive. Concessions are as expected, fairly overpriced. Aside from that though, the screens are quite big,which is nice if you pick a seat further back. I wouldn't recommend taking any seats before the incline, as you would be lookingup the whole time and probably get a sore neck.
