Saga Hibachi Steakhouse Sushi

We were very close to not eating here because of some of the reviews, but we gave it a chance and we were so glad we did because we really had a great experience! The chef was wonderful and had both of my kids laughing hysterically as well as the adults. The food was exactly what you would expect from hibachi- it was very good and it came with salads and soup. We would definitely do it again!

Really good sushi. Good for both big and small groups.

Extremely poor service, the server messed up multiple things with the order (all standard hibachi food) and didn’t bother with refills, never brought spoons for the kids when asked, just pretty rude overall too. The chef was good, which is why it gets two stars instead of one. Portions were quite small compared to other area hibachi restaurants. The happy birthday they do is SO loud and strobey that I’m surprised you don’t have to sign a waiver saying you aren’t epileptic.

We ordered takeout for the first time tonight and will never order again. We ordered two sushi rolls and one was wrong. The one that was wrong I know we 'd never order because of an allergy. I called to tell them and instead they just argued with me on the phone that they don 't make mistake . Threw away a $20 sushi roll because it obviously couldn 't be eaten due to the allergy and they did not care about their error. Awful, awful customer service!!! Also, their hibachi was the worst I 've had. The chicken was dry with no sauce and their fried rice is just white rice with sauce. Do yourself a favor and go to Ichigo instead!

Great Hibachi for large parties. Being located within Patriot Place is an added bonus. No issue with parking on non-event days. Service was stellar and friendly. Specialty drinks were all delicious. Our group sampled a bunch. The restaurant was super clean and spacious. Appetizers and sushi were all great. Hibachi was okay, but there was a delay between getting fried rice and your selected protein. Usually they’re plated together. All and all very good. The staff livened up the celebration with lights and music. Fun time.
