Baskin-robbins - Fox River Grove

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong, and when I asked for ice cream, they informed me that they had put it away 40 minutes before closing and wouldn’t bring it back out. The staff seemed indifferent and not very attentive to customers.

It’s quite challenging to get in and out of this place. The prices are a bit high, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Is that window still broken?

The store no longer sells Baskin Robbins product. Dunkin only

This Baskin-Robbins is also a Dunkin Donuts. The staff are always very friendly and the drive-thru time is quick especially early in the mornings. Breakfast sandwiches are on point and the donuts and muffins are always fresh.

On more that one occasion I attempted to order bagels or other donuts that were unavailable during morning hours. Customer service could use improvement.
