Bidrage med feedbackOn the positive side, the carne asada was flavorful, and the tortillas looked decent, as did the salsa. The rice and beans were minimal but acceptable. On the downside, my burrito consisted of ground beef in a wet flour tortilla and was as flat as a pancake. In contrast, another reviewer's photo showed a substantial burrito accompanied by a generous serving of rice and beans, which I didn't receive. Additionally, the flavors were quite ordinary; there was nothing particularly exciting about the meal. As for the horchata, it came in a paper cup filled to the brim with ice, so if you want to enjoy the drink, you might want to ask for less ice. The prices are clearly displayed, but I'm puzzled about how they calculated them, especially since there were no combo deals involved. It felt a bit overpriced, especially in a state without sales tax. They're new, and perhaps it was an off day; one of the girls taking our order mentioned she was just helping her brother. I did ask for their recommendations and ended up with those suggested dishes, yet they were merely okay at best. I may give them another chance in the future, but they definitely need to improve. I wish them the best of luck.
As an Arizona native and a self-proclaimed Mexican food enthusiast, I stumbled upon a charming little Mexican eatery in the parking lot of a thrift store while driving through Bozeman. It's a taco bus operated by a mother and son duo. The food was fantastic! I highly recommend trying the chorizo burrito.
