Harris Boys Barbecue - Fountain

The service was good and fast but maybe too fast because my macaroni and cheese was pretty cold even though I started eating it right away. The beef short ribs were hot and really good though.

Best barbecue I’ve had in Colorado ? definitely worth ever penny! It’s hard to find some good throw down bbq. I got the pork ribs with a side of Mac cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. Omg it was delicious, the cornbread surprised me! It was soft buttery and honey like ? The collards were flavorful, the Mac cheese was good and the pork ribs by far were perfect. Good flavor, cooked all the way, tender too. It was perfect. Every bite hit. I can’t wait to go back and buy another plate! The two gentlemen who were also working had great attitudes, cool vibes. 10/10

This is the BEST brisket I have ever had. Literally melts in your mouth! My boyfriend and I just came across them at the Saturday farmers market. We got collard greens, mac n cheese, and the collard poppers. Everything was outstanding! We live 30 minutes north of fountain but will find them again when we need a fix! People leaving one star reviews because of some location misunderstanding is just petty. Solid 5 stars!!! So glad we found this!

This BBQ is absolutely top notch, and the real deal goodness you're looking for! The food is amazing! Meat is out of this world and the sides are delicious! The baked beans are something special! They do not skimp on portion size or ingredients! The owners are great people as well, feels like a family atmosphere! I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
