Carl's Jr. - Fountain

I placed an online order for delivery from this restaurant but never received my order. I checked their website menu and saw they had an option for delivery, so I decided to try it out. However, it turns out they do not deliver through DoorDash. If I had known, I would have used another delivery app. Ten minutes after placing my order, I received a call from a DoorDash driver saying they couldn't find my location and needed to cancel the order. I called the restaurant and they said the order was ready for pick up. After a frustrating half hour on the phone with both the restaurant and DoorDash, I was told to simply pick up the order myself. However, I don't have a car and it would have taken me two hours to get there and back, so this was not a viable solution for me.

Asked for an salad wrapped chicken sandwich and they threw 2 flimsy and soggy opd looking salate. in any case was also the worst eive. never again. if I have a picture of

If I could give this restaurant a lower rating, I would. The quality of food here made McDonald's seem like a high-end dining experience. Our child's cheeseburger did not even have cheese on it, and instead of making a new one, the server just gave us a disc.

The personal is always kind when we come here. my children are picky, so I have to change our order and they are super nice about it.

I will never return to this restaurant. My husband ordered the new chicken sandwich with bacon, but it was missing the bacon. I ordered the hand-breaded chicken sandwich and the patty was so small that it was like an empty bun. The sandwiches were a complete mess when we opened the box. We had to completely remake the sandwiches when we got home. This is completely unacceptable.
