Applebee's Grill - Fountain

Jan 29th 2024 at 7:30pmI just want to thank the manager who was working tonight!I felt very uncomfortable and you made sure the guy left and walked us out to our car.The manager wanted to give us a refund, but I refused because I just wanted to get out of there.Thank you again to the manager!!!!

I think this location is one of the best in town! The staff is super friendly and I never have any issues when I dine in or order for pickup. Everything taste great every time!

I ordered here on door dash and was only given a half piece of salmon for $22.00. I called and told the manager and they remade the food but when I got home and gave the potatoes to my children there was loads of grey hair in The potatoes. I will never eat here again.

The staff was very nice. This us the 3rd time I've been here in 10 years and thought it would get better. I was wrong. The food is always cold and my steak was suppose to be medium rare and it was medium well. I feel like there is no hope for this restaurant to improve. My drink was not good, but waitress was great.

I stop in occasionally. The food is on par with other Applebee's. I usually sit at the bar and the service is good. Last time I was in there it was freezing and only 68 degrees outside. May wanna bring some long sleeves.Jan 21, 2024: I don't know what's been going on lately but their service at the bar has been terrible. The last 3 times I've tried to eat here, I only stayed once. The first time there were dishes attacked up on the bar. There were no customers at the bar, just dirty dishes, so i left. The second time was decent. Today, there was no bar tender, so I left. I dont know if they need help or what, but it would be nice if they got their stuff together. There are not too many restaurants in Fountain.
