Satoshi Sushi - Fountain Valley

Fresh sushi, friendly staff. I had yellow **** sashimi, good on ya roll, miso soup. I'll always get the good on the run at Satoshi. My husband has the CA roll, Tuna Avocado roll, salmon roll and salmon skin roll. I usually don't eat sushi that has rice in it because it makes me quick, but I really like the texture and taste of the salmon skin roll.

As an Uber Eats driver, I've delivered from this restaurant about ten times, and I have to say it's consistently slow. Each time I visit, there are usually about five other drivers waiting for orders as well. The staff often seems visibly frustrated by our presence, which I can understand, considering how the constant influx of us waiters disrupts the atmosphere. I'm not sure if the kitchen is too small, if they're understaffed, or if they just struggle with the delivery apps, but it always seems to be an issue. I can't speak to the quality of the food, but the service for delivery drivers is quite poor, and in a system where delivery speed directly affects earnings, this place is costing me both money and patience. I have no desire to return to this restaurant.

The staff quickly came to assist our group of five, even though we didn't have a reservation. The food was delicious for the price, and the overall experience was warm and inviting.

Absolutely ridiculous! The sushi portions are incredibly small. Seriously, for $12? They're much smaller than what I've encountered at any other place. I will never order from here again; the sushi sizes are comparable to tiny soy sauce packets. This place is a joke! Instead, I recommend ordering from Withsuwa or Tokyo Central, where the sushi is not only larger but also tastes better and is more affordable. At Tokyo Central, the prices range from $5.95 to $6.95—half the price of this place!

Stopped by for dinner after visiting a nearby store. This place is fast, delicious, great array of rolls. Their service is spot on. It has become our sushi place. You ok will. It be disappointed.
