Pizza Hut - Fountain Inn

The manager chris was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not deal with the burned pizza that was delivered to me after home. he insisted that the pizza is brought back into his load to see after he insisted that only the crust was burned. what is the purpose of supplying food when I have time to take the cake for the inspection if it should have been tested for quality before being delivered. chris has no sense for customer service or respect for a long-term customer, as he has suspended the phone on me while he spoke. he should be withdrawn or terminated if he refuses to treat the customers with respect and ensure that the ordered foods are up to par.

I ordered a big meat lover pizza yesterday, which was called at 15:33 to be exact. as I am threatened with my order, they said that my card did not take, so I said cool I will pay cash np , then they informed me that my order would be soon. 4:50 pm no pizza came, so I called them saying that the van came to my door, which he did not b/c I have cameras on my house that come me from every time some to my door. they said he tried to call me, but the number they had was about a tough one. So I assume that it was the manager with which I was on the phone, he said that he would add a loan to my account, and remake the pizza itself and send it to the next delivery ruber. I'm great. this call was placed at 5:02 clock. here is about 18:30 clock again no pizza. So I called again to get a eta for another guy to pick up the phone to let me kno, he doesn't see anything in the system about a delivery order for everything, and I just explained what happened to him. but he said he looked out and there was nothing in the system. Do not waste their time order here, they go to the Simpsonville location, which I would have done the first time, but b/c of my address I must order from the fountain inn location.

Stuffed crust pizza was badly prepared. that was the picture that was taken after opening the box because I was disappointed.

Every time we come to the ftn inn location it's always a bad experience. It's understandable with staff shortages and whatnot but the quality of the food has went wayyyy down. Both my pizzas were wayyy over cooked. They were stingy with the sauce. I ordered extra cheese but couldn't tell because how over cooked it was.
