The service was excellent—quick and attentive. Our food arrived piping hot, and the staff even checked in to see if we needed anything else before presenting the bill.

The food is great, and it's fantastic that you can make reservations. However, the service leaves much to be desired. During our last visit, one of the hosts made an inappropriate joke by groping one of the busboys, which was extremely uncomfortable.

The location and dim sum are excellent. However, the service was below expectations.

We went specifically for live seafood as we have had it before and it was amazing, but they had absolutely nothing in the tanks. The service was ok. They forgot one of our drinks, and were not especially friendly. The food was fine, but we've had better for cheaper.

The services is the worst. From checkin the waitress has an attitude for not giving me the table while half of the restaurant was empty. I argued with her so she reluctantly gave me a table in the corner. You can hardly find a waiter or waitress there. I have to collect our dirty dishes to another table to make space for ourselves. Other waitresses saw you and ignored you because they are busy talking to their regular patron. Our table has 13 ppl. We over order so much food that we have to pack to go. I asked for some flat togo box and she asked me to pay .30 cents each. Our bill was over 250.00 and that was the type of services you will receive in that restaurant. They ran out of turnip cakes and some other dishes (yum cha) at noon. At 1pm, there were barely 4-5 tables left. Business is suffering from all these terrible service from these waiters and waitresses who are there for years. And send like the owner doesn’t care and let them run the show.
