Ordered a meal package for my disabled mother. She enabled me to make a custom package within my budget, and she was always super responsive and helpful when I had any questions or concerns. And my mother loved the meals!

This is my very honest review of Clean Queen after five weeks of ordering. The plastic containers are not sustainable and add up so quickly. The chicken is on the tough-chewy side. Buffalo meatballs are incredible! Janell gets back to you quickly. Specifically, I have two complaints. The Rainbow Spring Bowl comes with four small shrimp and the nutrition facts say 32 grams of protein. I weighed the shrimp as I am a calorie/macro counter; it was 1.8 oz. Plug it into myfitnesspal, you will find it is 5-9 grams of total protein. How the shrimp, a small amount of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and veg equates 32 grams of protein is incalculable. I will say it was delicious! The reason I will not continue ordering is the result of lack of good customer service when I received a wrong meal. One of the photos is the emails. There was no offer to make their wrong a right. In addition, my co-worker had a similar situation. The customer should not have to tell the company how right a mistake, it should be readily offered. The error was a minor one and could have easily been fixed. However, how she handled it was baffling. Customer service can make or break it for me. I believe if I asked for an additional breakfast the following week she would have agreed to give it to me. The customer should not have to explain to the company how to fix an error. I support local businesses with willingness to pay extra, but they need top-notch service, first and foremost.

Food is amazing and affordable! It’s healthy and they give great student discounts. Support your local business instead of going to McDonald’s for diabetes.

I’ve only had a couple meals so far, they were fantastic, lookin forward to trying more.
