Wingstop - Fort Worth

I am not sure if she was the same person I spoke with when I entered the restaurant. She couldn't locate my order, was very impolite, and my food was not cooked properly. I had to insist that I had paid for all the items in my order. Eventually, they remade my order but left out some items. However, they did a good job with my steak and chicken dishes.

I dislike that my wings were boiled and my fries were cold. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again, but that is probably what they prefer.

WARNING: Be cautious when purchasing gift cards from this restaurant. We bought several gift cards and the employee was extremely rude. As it turns out, the cards were not activated and had no value on them. The manager has not rectified the situation, so it seems like they are allowing this kind of dishonesty to occur. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Wings were burned after dinner 2, I couldn't eat anymore. The next day felt sick, still sick. Worst wing stop ever. Will never go there again.

I would give a zero star if I could. The store was very dirty and smelled terrible. I placed a carryout order three days in advance and they said they never received it. I showed them the confirmation email that it was the right place/time and location and they proceeded to make it. I came home to find I was short one sauce, multiple wings, and they were all boneless (after I specified otherwise). I will not be returning to this location ever again.
