Whataburger - Fort Worth

I recently had a great experience at this restaurant using the drive-thru. The staff was very courteous and my order was ready quickly. I ordered the #1 Whataburger meal with cheese and everything on it, and it was delicious. The fries were also excellent, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt and served hot and fresh. I also got a sweet tea, which was very good. I always enjoy visiting Whataburger, their breakfast is also wonderful. My favorite are the hash brown sticks. Overall, I love every experience I have at Whataburger. Thank you, Whataburger!

The fries were cold! Lately, I have been consistently given cold fries. Additionally, the server tried to charge me for water. I have never been charged for a large cup of water when I ordered a meal before. I ordered two meals and was charged 4.89 for two large cups of water. Also, my strips came without the dipping sauce that was supposed to accompany them. Cold fries without ranch equals a disappointing experience - I should have gone somewhere else.

Places a online order for curbside and they brought out my order wrong twice. Not to mention it came out over 10 mins later than it should have. So finally I went in since when I asked for a manger I was told she was too busy. When I got inside I finallygot to speak with Sam who was the manager and no help at all. She was rude and never once apologized or even cared about thehorrible service. When I did finally get my order I got back to our hotel and realized I did not get a single condiment I hadrequested and the food was lukewarm. The customer service and employees at this location are severally lacking.

The double meat Whataburger I had tonight was particularly delicious. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, the tea was fresh and not bitter, and the two apple pies were just right. I enjoyed my late night meal there and will definitely be returning soon!

Usually I buy some breakfast bags in the morning and the service is always fast, even though it is 4:00. The workers are beautiful and the food is served hot and tasty. And if my job gets big jobs from this facility, they always deliver great results.
