Bidrage med feedbackThis Wendy's has an amazing staff that is always smiling. The hamburger buns were incredibly soft and flavorful today, not dry or stale at all. The meat was juicy and fresh, which isn’t always the case at fast food places. We often get tired of paying high prices for poor-quality food, but this location truly stands out. If you're looking for a great option, I highly recommend it!

At least they have my order right. There is no customer service. They are rude or indifferent. More than not, a machine or another is broken, and they don't have what we went to order. A smile and courtesy would be nice. But thank you for always making our order right. Food: 5/5
Drive thru order always seems to be something wrong. Like asking for no mustard and getting extra mustard instead of extra cheese. Or peach diet Sprite when you asked for just peach Sprite then no time to wait on going backFood: 3/5
Dear Management, I recently visited restaurant 00009080 with the intention of ordering a Breakfast Baconator meal. Unfortunately, my sandwich only contained a single piece of bacon. I called the restaurant to address this issue and spoke with the manager, who suggested that I return with my order. When I arrived at about 9:45 AM, the lobby was closed. I approached the drive-thru window for assistance. Initially, a male employee ignored me, and when I asked a short female employee for the manager, she promptly fetched her. The manager came to the window to inspect my sandwich and informed me that one piece of bacon was indeed the correct amount. I disagreed and pointed out that if I had tampered with the sandwich, there would have been an imprint of bacon in the cheese, which was not the case. I requested a refund, and although she agreed, she did so with a noticeable attitude and snatched the sandwich from my hand. In response, I pushed the remaining items to the floor. The short female employee then picked it up and appeared to throw it back at me, subsequently calling someone while recording me. Throughout this encounter, I remained calm and did not raise my voice. I simply wanted my refund to leave the situation behind me. However, the manager asked me to leave the window, citing that the female employee was becoming upset. I reiterated that all I wanted was my refund so I could be on my way. I would have preferred to address the matter inside, but the doors were locked despite the posted operating hours. The manager eventually said she would bring my refund to my car. Reflecting on this experience, it's clear that both the manager and the short employee could have handled the situation more professionally. I truly wished for my sandwich to be remade, but it seems that the customer is not always right in this establishment. I left feeling disappointed and do not plan to return to this Wendy's, as they seem unaware of proper customer service. Sincerely, [Your Name]
