Taco Bell - Fort Worth

Let me begin by saying that the customer service is excellent I usually come here to get Mexican pizza and tacos and they are really good. They are always polite for me and they always make sure they put the sauces and napkins and things in their pockets. I really appreciate her. But I tried to eat her breakfast Burritos and they're terrible. I think it's the ingredients or recipes because I tried them in another Taco Bell and they were the same. the eggs tend to be kind of cumbersome and tasteless, and the potatoes are very muddy. The potatoes are also strange looking.

I forgot my drink and they ran outside to bring it to me. So friendly and honest service is all I ask for. Thank you Taco Bell ??Food: 5/5

Most of tha time it's str8... Bt I've had many many mess ups most the time it is me missing food. And it be early enough for the dining room to be open but it's not and so you have to go all the way back around and wait in the long a line if you want to get it right.Food: 4/5

Asked for chicken chalupas, got two chalupas full of scoops of sour cream and a minimal amount of chicken instead.I normally have good experiences at this location but this was my worst one yet.Even after attempting to remove most of the sour cream by hand, the amount was so excessive that I felt a bit ill after half an hour.

Pros: young woman working drive through register was polite and upbeat.Cons: everything else. I know it's just a taco bell but it was weirdly bad for a taco bell. I had put in my order on mobile and had the following issues:1. Potato taco I ordered with ground beef added did not have ground beef added2. When I went through to get this corrected the replacement I got had pretty undercooked (near raw) potatoes and was put very loosely wrapped in a wrapper and upside down so as soon as I tried to pull it out the whole thing fell apart all over the inside of the bag3. All of the tortillas and the chalupa bread were very stale as though they had been sitting out for days or kept past holding time. It was most clear with the burrito which was crusty and breaking everywhere it was folded due to this.4. I had on my mobile order put 4 hot and 4 fire sauces and I received a random mix of 5 consisting of 2 mild 1 fire and 2 hot instead.
