Starbucks - Fort Worth

Like the horses, could not have good pictures for later. Food was good, or waiter was good, but pay top by cash app didn't work.

Well... we frequently visit this location in the morning staff is wonderful.. however the evening staff after 5 team not so much. We did an online order I walked in gave name for pickup and could see our order. Not one employee greeted or acknowledge I was there even after giving my name. 10 minutes in and 3 not so hot coffees later one employee ask are you waiting for someone..lol after she was done texting on her phone. I gave my name again the tall guy said here you go. No sorry for the wait or let us remake your coffee..ect. SMH!! We had four coffees no napkins...not even a thanks.. lastly got an attitude when I asked for my red cups giveaway. So I didn't even think about asking for straws..lol Sticking to the morning staff... GOOD LUCK

Pulled into this place at 9:15pm, hours say they’re open until 9:30. We were turned away at the drive through and told, “We go HOME at 9:30!” I told them that’s not how store hours work. Please update your store hours or your employees!

Sweetest Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. Everyone working today’s sheft are all stars in my book.

I LUV THIS STARBUCKS!!Everybody is so sweet and get my order right 99% and if they don’t, they fix it right away! Bc i have kind of have a big order!!And they work the drive thru so efficient with this location always being busy.I go almost every morning. And this is the one i choose everytime.
