Starbucks - Fort Worth

Slowly getting more and more frustrated with this location, seems to be an issue with my drink almost every time. I ordered an iced drink through the drive through and said “very light ice, like almost no ice at all”, the guy repeated it to me to confirm but when I got my drink over half the cup was ice. Should I have given it back and asked for them to remake it, yea probably, but I hate to be that guy holding up the drive through line so I just took it and left. It’s a good location, always busy, but can’t seem to make my drink right on a consistent basis so I’ll just start driving to a different location. Their Frappuccino’s are always never with enough ice.

Every time I visit this Starbucks, even ordering through the app, my wait time is ridiculous. However, anytime Liam is helping, he is always very nice.
