Sonic Drive-in - Fort Worth

No one answered the menus or drive thru and my mobile order was canceled. I'm observing the staff running around and not doing anything with work. Awful. This place makes a sad name... and after reading reviews, I should definitely have gone somewhere else. I would understand if the situation was closed.. but not at 19:30 on a TUESDAY.

The only reason they get a star is because I want to leave this bad review they deserve. All workers out there, no one answered, drive thru or parked. We thought it didn't work. So we went thru drive thru. No cars. What employees are this?? Service: 1/5

This particular location is unfortunately not up to par with my expectations. If it weren't for its convenience, I would not consider returning. The staff seem to be incompetent and disrespectful. On two out of three occasions, they have made significant mistakes with our orders and have blamed my girlfriend and me for causing delays, even though we arrived on time to pick up our pre-ordered food through the Sonic app. Instead of acknowledging their errors and rectifying the situation, they have resorted to criticizing and yelling at us to "hurry up" when there is a longer line of customers waiting. It is unacceptable for them to act this way, especially when it is not our fault. Sonic, I had higher expectations for your service in the industry. Your employees need better training and should prioritize providing excellent customer service.

I have the door of this sound and ordered a shaker and popcorn chicken. It took some time, but not terrible. But I didn't get a spoon or straw. Then after I started eating, I took a bite of a big piece of chased plastic. I say wow, it's annoying and keep eating... Then I find another big piece of hunted plastic and a polystyrene or rubber like white substance in the shake... Seriously? I could only eat a few bites of Thks before I bite it out. Terrible!

I went through the drive-thru and noticed that the menu light was out and the person taking my order had a low voice. I asked for a number 6 chili cheese coney meal with a large chili cheese tot, but when I got home, I realized they had given me a footlong chili dog with regular tots instead. I don't eat footlongs because they are not all beef and taste strange to me, so I was left with just the regular tots to eat. It was disappointing, especially since I hadn't eaten all day. I won't be returning until they fix the menu light and ensure that orders are taken accurately.
