Second times the charm sometimes I guess! Lol but great service! Mr. Kenny treated us well he was fast and very charming our food and service were delicious definitely coming back!

Nice, clean facility. The host the staff were friendly and attentive although we had to wait longer than expected for our order. The staff were apologetic about it even though it wasn’t anything to apologize for when a big group came in just shortly before. The food has great flavors tasted fresh. That was my first visit, certainly won’t be my last.

Enjoyed Friday evening at Shell Shack and had a great experience. We were seated immediately. Our server, Kenny, quickly greeted us and took our drink orders. We got the Date Night as well as a lb of crawfish, it was plenty of food for three of us with leftovers. Brandon aka Waffle also came to our table to see if we needed anything, he stayed and chitchatted with us for a while. Overall the hospitality presence was great and we had numerous staff check on us throughout our meal. Thank you for an awesome experience and we will definitely be back!

We ordered the Alligator Tenders, pictured below. Those were great. My wife ordered the Grilled Shrimp and I ordered the Nashville Hot Fried Shrimp. The Alligator Tenders tasted great. Good crisp and we both enjoyed the dipping sauces the server brought out. The shrimp plates were good but the shrimp were not deveined. The Nashville Shrimp were hot, but it was almost like a bottle of Red's hot sauce was used. The fries were cold when the order made it's way to the table. I could tell the staff were shorthanded, so I would be willing to try this again. Today's experience could have been better.

We got the date night! Awesome awesome! Fresh and food didn’t take long on Wednesday. Thank you Jake for great customer service! Definitely coming back!
