Riscky's B Q-sundance Square

Absolutely love this restaurant! We're from Colorado, but most weekends travel. We are always looking for the best local restaurants. Put your hands down, Riscky's is our favorite in Ft. Worth. Today we visited Riscky's for the 3rd time in 2 years. The food is good ole home farewell. The vibe is quintessential Texas????? Our server today Hugo was made his attention goodness for the most pleasant evening! . I have to add that. was surprisingly skurril!

Nice atmosphere. 3 meat combination ordered. Brisket was excellent, catfish was good, cattle ribs had very little meat on them and were not good. My waiter filled my soda again, but never asked how my meal would have been mentioned that the beef ribs were not good. BBQ sauce was also excellent as the bread pudding for dessert.

We couldn't find a restaurant where 25 people would sit... UNTIL RISKY's!! I called in hopes that it was possible and Darryl said he would MAKE IT HAPPEN!! My daughter became 14 today and Risky made her celebration possible. The waiting staff was so attentive and EVERYONE was so friendly and polite. From the host to the manager we were treated like kings. Even after we added a late family to our party. There was no service change and our family and friends enjoyed themselves. The food was not disappointed. The burned ends were to die, and the mesquite shrimp is enough food to share. I am grateful and COMPLETELY SATISFIED with everything from tonight. You really moved mountains for my baby girl. Thanks for the reason of our hearts.

This place is good for all-you-can-eat BBQ, but I would not come here to enjoy taste and texture. I tried the steak and the pommes and it was good enough, but nothing special. I feel like the appetizers are better than the main dishes. But I'm not so sure about Houston whether I'm biased.

Heather was absolutely amazing! She had excellent recommendations on beer and food. I would highly recommend! We split the brisket sandwich which was the perfect amount of food.
