Rio Mambo - Fort Worth

This stylish Tex-Mex restaurant offers a unique atmosphere with a nod to 9/11, featuring a connected bar and photographs that honor and remember the events and first responders. The wait staff was attentive but not intrusive, creating a comfortable dining experience without making you feel pressured for a larger tip, which I really appreciated. I enjoyed the decor and the variety of interesting food options. Since it was my first visit, I opted for my usual dish to compare it with other Tex-Mex restaurants. I found the food to be above average, and when combined with the ambiance, I think you'll love it as much as I did.

Our dining experience initially seemed like it was going to be a disaster. We sat down and waited for nearly 15 minutes before the manager finally noticed we were being ignored. He came over to set up our table and took a moment to observe the situation. During that time, all the servers passed by us without a single acknowledgment. I started to wonder if race played a role in the lack of attention we received. However, everything changed when we met our incredible waitress, Cynthia. Thank you, Cynthia, for making our first visit wonderful! You are such a joy, and your personable nature truly shone through. Even though we were seated in the back, Cynthia approached us with enthusiasm and a bright smile. We are so grateful for your service, Cynthia!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere! It was my first time dining here, and I was excited to try many of the entrees. I ultimately chose the Bo Leo's plate, which featured a variety of enchiladas, and I was not disappointed. Everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The drinks were fantastic as well. I will definitely be returning!

Never a bad experience except this last time ordering food to be picked up. Just be sure and have your order checked before leaving the restaurant. Got home and one order was completely wrong despite the correct online input order. Wanted cheese enchiladas instead i got all three spinach disappointing.

I went to Rio Mambo yesterday and the food was amazing. I ordered bacon covered shrimp (I think it’s called Canarones Alambre on the menu, but I’m not sure), and it was AMAZING. Then for desert I got the Chimichanga Cheesecake. Also AMAZING. 5 stars for the service and food.
