Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

The food was good! However, the service was lacking. The lobby had a nice, quiet atmosphere, which was a plus. My daughter and I enjoyed our meal, but when we placed a mobile order, things took a turn. We ordered for dine-in and specified our table, but the order never arrived. We ended up waiting 22 minutes for our cookies and chocolate shakes. Eventually, we went to the counter to inquire about our order. I asked the cashier if what they had was ours for table 117, and he assured me it was all there. But it wasn't. There were no straws or napkins included. I took the order and left, feeling frustrated. There was no justification for the long wait, and the staff didn't seem concerned about the oversight.

I cannot recommend this restaurant! The customer service is terrible, and you should avoid going at noon unless you want to spend the entire lunch hour stuck in the drive-thru. They only process one lane, so I'm not sure why they even have two. I ended up going to the window after waiting over 30 minutes without receiving my order. When I spoke to the manager, I was given a ridiculous excuse about their staff being unable to handle the drive-thru. The manager moved them aside to take my order, and then expected me to pay after this uncomfortable experience. Overall, this place is in need of serious improvement!

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The service was extremely poor, with the staff struggling to take orders accurately. I even witnessed one employee who seemed to be intoxicated and nearly fell over. The overall atmosphere felt uninviting, and the quality of the food was consistently subpar. I would definitely recommend avoiding this location.

A typical McDonald's. Fast service, never had an unfriendly service here. The restaurant is always clean, I've never been in the bathroom. No playground. Food: 3/5

Not good I didn't like the customer service the boy that was working there didn't seem to care and they got my order wrong and I couldn't go back since I am expecting everything to be right. When I went to work but I got a double meat Hamburger whatever it's call and I was disappointed. I was already clocked in couldn't go back to get what I wanted. So inconvenient Westworth village is better but I doubt this location wouldn't care about my opinion.
