Bidrage med feedbackUPDATE: During my most recent visit, I tried the gyro platter, and everything was excellent. The basmati rice was incredibly tasty and perfectly cooked. I don't get the chance to visit often, but I always enjoy my meal when I do.
The food here is fresh and delicious. The service is friendly, and they're happy to accommodate any changes to your order. The only downside is the tables; they felt sticky, and I'm not sure if it's the finish wearing off or something else. Although it was clear that they had been cleaned, they didn't feel pleasant to eat on.
The food quality was excellent, but there was a major issue. The table and floor were in terrible condition; when I placed a tissue on the table, it stuck to it. It was difficult to enjoy that delicious food, even in its small portions, while looking at the greasy, sticky, and filthy table. Additionally, the prices felt steep given the portion sizes.
I've dined in and picked up orders from this restaurant several times, and it has always been excellent. The food is consistently delicious, and the presentation is impressive. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean! Food Rating: 5/5
I was out for lunch with my kids, celebrating their stuffed animal's birthday, so I took them to Sweet Frog while I grabbed a quick bite at Luna. It turned out to be a regrettable $20 decision. Upon entering Luna, I was greeted by an unfriendly staff member. I ordered my food to go, hoping to keep the day’s festivities going. I made the mistake of tipping at checkout, even though tips are supposed to reward good service—good service that was non-existent. After a long wait, I approached the counter, where the manager was unhelpful and seemed irritated by my inquiry about my order. How dare I disrupt him with a simple question! The disdain he showed me made me lose all trust in Luna. If he can't handle a basic inquiry, how can I trust his team with food safety and preparation? Leadership sets the tone; if the manager is incompetent, it follows that the staff will be as well. I could go on about the clerk's poor behavior, but I'll spare you the details. I left without asking for a refund or wanting to spend another moment in that establishment. Luna can keep my $20; I suggest they invest it in hiring better-qualified staff. As for me, I'm taking my kids to continue the celebrations. This disappointing experience at your restaurant ends here with this review.
