Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Worth

This place is an absolute mess. We live around the corner and should be able to take pizza quickly. I thought hot and ready was the point for cheap pizza. I was there twice and nothing is done. Once, my husband told the girl three times what we wanted and we ended up with the wrong thing. Tonight I ordered the switch and ran home quickly. When I returned my order, it was not even begun because there is no communication and the training here is obviously very bad. We'll never come back and just keep spending our pizza money at Papa johns. Management must intervene and resolve these problems.

My daughter and I ordered a pizza at 7:35 on 6/22/22. We completed the order. My daughter, who's disabled, got her quick. The lady said it was almost done. I almost went out to my daughter in 10 minutes later. I took her to the car, but I knew she needed food, I went back to get our order. The lady said it's coming out now. So I decided to wait. I took care of my daughter. I went back and the lady said it was coming up. And told me to grab a soda for the inconvenience. 15 minutes later I got a pizza that could have made my 5 years old grandchild better. The crust was not even, in fact 1/2 the pizza had no crust. The cheese was uneven and it seemed raw. When I returned home, my neighbor informed me that they were closed last week for many health injuries. I can tell you we don't eat this. It seems unobtrusive with the knowledge of health code problems. To make it even worse, my disabled daughter, who suffers from P.O.T.S., had to be taken to the house because I was stupid enough to trust him. Now diligent to my daughter, find something else to eat, angry, and want my money back. We are a good company, and hard working people in this community....we deserve it better and I will not be for this disturbing treatment of our community. I'll never return.

Not the first time our pizza has been bad from this location. I get that it's cheap pizza, but it could look way better.

Great visit I ordered online and arrived a little early. I had to drink. Tiffany the manager was such a pleasure to interact with after the children and school traffic. My order was perfect and fresh. Upstairs she contained one side of Brownies for the wait. And helped me take my orders to the car. Top Notch customer support! I wish all locations had an asset like Tiffany. Thanks for making my hectic day so much better.

Terrible! I've been getting pizza from here forever, but recently my pizza that I am? ve what get been terrible! Maybe it's new workers or something, but they don't take their time on this pizza. Every time I bought one and tried to pick up a slider all the cheese and just melt off the pizza. Super chaotic and not delicious. And not happy to look at each other.
