Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Worth

The counterholder was very nice and curious, although it was busy being a Friday night.

I like Little Caesars, but this place. ll skip!!! My pizza is half-folded. And the other was not even OVAL shaped and pizza is accepted to be round. It was 20 minutes too late and I ordered it before the time! What in the world. They are not hot or ready at this point. Shut up. Just give up

Most of the time, this is my place for a fast good pizza.. Each one has their day..today the pizza pie/crust it itself was undercooked as well as the crazy bread. The young lady at the front was friendly enough to reimburse it while we waited for a fresh pizza. Take the time it takes to cook the products that make it for a much better and easier sale.

Wing in to put an order and took a while to be ready so that I patiently sat down. Like waiting, I see more people coming in and some just their orders. Bet you can guess what happens next, they give them a pizza as soon as 2 minutes! Literally ordered 2 Pepporoni pizzas and how more came to get their Pepporoni pizzas, just like they placed them. Then when no one the old guy with his belly shows his shirt, goes on to ask me what my order was. Not mad at the fact that he forgets what I understand that every mistake does, but only find it funny, they are very disorganized and got newer tickets before old. I'm sorry like nothing happened. I can see why nobody wants to work there. 0/10

Ordered online within business hours. Checked email for pickup time. Saw that they deferred the order to the next morning. Stopped by the store only to find out that they decided to close earlier than marked hours. Called customer services to cancel the order as I had no need for it the next day. They still made the pizza regardless and charged me for it. Talked to someone that said they were the manager. They very rudely responded that they won't be giving me a refund. Asked to get a hold of the owner or district manager. Barely got my name out to them before they hung up.
