La Madeleine French Bakery Cafe Overton Park

This place went downhill!!! Not sure in other places, but this is just terrible. I used to be in there and felt welcome. Customer service was great, the food was fresh and the place was clean. Three important points to justify the paid prices. You need everything. Prices have risen and the quality of everything else is gone. I can't even get a real big mushroom soup and get my own bread more. You hold it behind the counter. You have to ask, and if you do, they're basically stuck in a baggy and throw it on you with a soff. I do not go back until this place corrects these problems or calculates the deserved price for this terrible quality.

Another excellent spot for a delightful meal! They bake pastries fresh every day, offering a wide variety to choose from. Enjoy yourself! Food: 5/5

Rude Dame was disheartening during my visit. I went there for dessert and coffee but was met with several issues. The dessert plates were dirty, which really spoiled the experience. To make matters worse, I found hair on my brownie, and it definitely wasn't from anyone in my group. Additionally, the coffee cup had lipstick smudges and dried coffee drips on the side. I won't be returning!

I really enjoy the Chicken Caesar Salad, but I noticed they no longer grill the chicken or serve it warm like they used to. When I requested it to be warmed, they weren't able to accommodate me. It would be great if they could offer the option to have the chicken served warm upon request.

I give your place 4 stars for the food sale for the service, I believe the manager was the one who helped us and was very nice. But they need to deep clean the place, in fact all the “La Madeleine” cafes that I have been to need a deep cleaning….
