Kfc - Fort Worth

Always out of stuff and the workers here have never heard of good customer service. this is the closest kfc to me and i’ve only ordered from one nice worker. drive thru also always takes forever for someone to even greet you through the speaker and even longer to make your order. you could get a regular side of fries and it’d take 10 mins even tho they’re prob just microwaving old fries. better off going literally anywhere else.

The service is so bad that for 12 pieces of wings they made me wait 30 mins outside. I will never go kfc again. I had to go Albertson for wings because their service was too slow.

If you value your time just drive to a different KFC. Waited over 10 minutes for them to even take my order, then waited for over 20 minutes for our food and then they gave us someone else’s order. Had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to come back. Ordering online doesn’t work either, ordered ahead and still had to wait for 15 minutes.

They are severely under staffed! We did drive thru and ended up waiting 20 minutes parked for french fries only to learn that they had forgotten about us! This was the second and the last time we have had a negative experience at this Bridge street location.

Tonight for lunch, a Spicy chicken sandwich ordered that had no sharp on it. You put a drop of hot sauce on the bungalow. The girl on the ride was rude and threw my sandwich out the window. Worst experience in this KFCFood: 1/5
