The service was quite disappointing. The food didn't meet the standards we experienced during our previous visit. While we were eating, a young man was cleaning the tables nearby using a Clorox cleaner, which had a strong odor similar to what you'd use in a bathroom. This made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner.

We typically visit this restaurant with friends who are fans of it and usually receive excellent service. However, on this occasion, we went alone and found the place to be very busy. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, and we noticed that other tables were receiving their service much faster. When the owner brought out our food, we requested silverware, but I ended up having to go to the bar a few minutes later to get it myself. I also had to ask for our drinks. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, but I only realized this after the owner had left. No one checked on us to see how we were doing, and it was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention from our table at the back. The owner did take my incorrect meal off the bill, but not before questioning why I hadn't mentioned it sooner. That comment felt a bit off to me, as if the mistake was somehow my fault. The food is good, but I would have much preferred receiving the correct order.
