Doc B's Bar Ft Worth - Fort Worth

I went on a date to Doc B's and it exceeded my date and I's expectations! We started out with the candied bacon and it is DELICIOUS! Highly recommend starting with the bacon. It came with 5 strips so super easy to share with a large group. I got the rigatoni with the angry meatball and my date got the carnitas sandwich. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals as we left very full. The cocktails were also delicious, but definitely strong. Will definitely be back!

I had the chicken parmesan. There was way too much cheese. And not enough marinara sauce. The chicken itself was dry. Turn the heat down when cooking the chicken. Low and slow is the key. Also, chicken parmesan should have the cheese on first and the sauce on top. We were a rather large group, but quality of food prepared should be good every time it's cooked. It was meant to be my birthday lunch from my daughters. Not one of us finished our meals.

We went for brunch after researching on the on Instagram only to learn that the Ft. Worth location does not do brunch! The service was outstanding, but the food was average! Not the Sunday brunch go to place!

Doc B’s has remained consistent each time we visit. My favorite is the all green burger with sweet potato fries. Again consistent. We were sitting directly next to the kitchen so there was considerable noise; however, we were entertained by watching our meals be prepared. So good.

Good food good staff good experience. Wonderful place will be back.
