Chuck E. Cheese - Fort Worth

Although Chuck E Cheese wasn't what it was when I grew up, my grandchildren had a great time! Food: 5/5

We celebrated the 6th birthday of our granddaughter and we had an explosion! BUT, for three adults and three children to eat pizza, appetizer tablet, drinks and 4 playing cards with 90 minutes playing time spent we $200 was not worth it for the amount of games that our young grandchildren could actually play. Very little independent to do (the girls at the age of 2 6 want to do everything by themselves). Tickets were rewarded and Drinkets are overpriced.

As a family we gave a few options to my son to celebrate his especial day birthday party). He was so excited, that chuck E Cheese was one of them. I had to celebrated 4 days before his day so everyone could come so instead of 12/14/22 I did it on Sunday 12/11/22. But since the beginning they kept changing the information of the package I opted for. Then when the actual date came, they express disappointment because we arrive early for my son 's event 15min ahead of time). We were supposed to have a hosted for #2 hours to set the tone of the party, that never happened; I had to Chase her around she was invisible for the most part of the reserve birthday party time , and every time we ask for something or had a question , her actitud was like kill me, I hate my job and her shift manager didn 't help at all. So in conclusion I was very disappointed and will be my first and last event in Chucky E Cheese.

Great servants and it looks better Then other chuck E cheeses.. My kids had so much fun Also parents don't forget that the pizza there it's the best..You might say I'm crazy but I like their pizza better than Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos, And papa John's. Chuck E cheese pizza It has more Dedication to it. ? lol

The cashier Ashanti was extremely sweet and helpful. We came in with 13 people today and she went above and beyond to help us. Loved her!
