I've been getting bagels here since I moved to NRH nearly four years ago, and they have consistently had *the best bagels* I've ever had. Keep up the great work!

We moved to the neighborhood in 2018. When we found boopas we were so excited cause the atmosphere was great. The employees were energetic and always greeted you with a smile. We always had it on Sunday. We sadly had not been in awhile , but today we went and it is not the same. They did not have everything they offered ready, they didn't seem to care and their attitudes were horrible especially the girl at the register with the piercings) I dont think we will be returning here anymore. The food is still okay now but the place we loved is not there anymore.

States closes at 1. Doesn’t answer their phone at 11. Twice called. Show up, no one at the door. New hours posted, closes at 12:30. I arrive at 12:20.What a waste of time! This is what I get for supporting local places.I’ll never be bothered to come here.

I have been coming here for years and stopped by 6/11.. First the place was so dirty.. It looks like they are remodeling but come on you can still keep it clean.. The restroom was disgusting.. The quality of food has gone down hill.. Should never switched owners.. Holly you are missed.. I Will not be returning..
