Bidrage med feedbackThis particular restaurant receives negative reviews, but in my experience, other locations are just as bad or even worse. The New Haven location in Allen County is the worst I've been to. Instead of criticizing the Coliseum location, appreciate that they are doing their best. It's fast food, so perfection shouldn't be expected. If you want a perfect meal, cook at home like an adult! While I have had some issues here before, they have never been serious. My orders have been incorrect, but I often end up with more than I paid for, so I don't complain. Some people just want attention by constantly complaining. Don't go on a rant about your experience, simply state the facts and move on.
I visited Taco Bell on North Coliseum this afternoon and placed a to-go order for a Beef chalupa supreme, three hard shell taco supremes, and a small Pepsi with mild salsa packs added. Despite being busy, it only took about 9 minutes to receive our order at the drive-thru window. The employee at the window was very courteous. The total cost was just under $12. Upon inspecting our order, we found that the food was hot, with generous portions of meat, lettuce, cheese, and fresh toppings. We received plenty of sauce packs and the soda was fresh with lots of fizz. The amount of ice in the drink was decent. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our small soda contained almost two cups of liquid, which was a great value. Overall, it was a delicious meal and we regret not ordering more. Thank you to the Taco Bell team for a great job!
Half of my order was missing and our 5 layer burritos only had 3 tortillas. We called to have our order fixed, but when we arrived they said they were closed 4 hours early and refused to make it right. Then they started yelling racial slurs at us through the loudspeaker. This place should be shut down, and the employees should all lose their jobs. I will never go back there.
Moved to fw relatiw recently and this tb is the closest to me to get my repair. I was here several times and had few average experiences. there were several places where they only refuse the service. in the rule they call the point of the sales system as the problem. However, I place mobile orders and sometimes they serve me because I already paid, sometimes not. that wait is always long, probably understated as most places. the quality of food is also at this place under-par. it is worth driving to another place because they have better eating and probably spend the same amount of time waiting here. management and property must put it up here.
For two tacos and tacos frits, took about 7 minutes to help me and even then the type that gave me my food, it practically did to me. Also, I didn't know that a order of the pommes meant that they got 6 pommes. that wasn't during a busy time.
