Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Wayne

I hadn't visited this restaurant in years. The menu is easier to read now, but it lacks the same excitement. Surprisingly, they ran out of forks! This had been the case since the previous evening. Seems like a simple issue to resolve, right?

My second experience at Moe's was my last. The elderly blonde lady working there needs to check her temper. She was yelling for no reason when I walked in, and refused to help until she finished her task. I waited over 10 minutes for assistance, even though I was the only customer there. When I placed my order, she aggressively insisted I pay extra because I requested toppings on the side. I agreed, but she wasn't the one assisting me. As I paid, the same lady started screaming again, saying she wouldn't give me the toppings. I told the cashier to forget it. The yelling at customers was unnecessary. The lady continued yelling at other customers, insisting she was busy and they would have to wait. It was bothersome to see her being so verbally aggressive and rude. Meanwhile, three young kids were doing all the work.

Store was gross, floor sticky, no utensils, only unwrapped straws available. Employees were decent, however extremely untrained. 2 of our burritos were overfilled to the point the guy couldn?t close them and when we went to eat them, it quickly turned intoburrito bowls. Employees didn?t communicate so we ended up answering the same questions at least twice. Management needs to comein and do a deep clean, deep train, and some inventory/order of supplies.

I used to go to this restaurant on Sundays because kids eat for free, a tradition that has been in place for as long as I can remember. However, when I went recently, the staff informed me that they no longer offer this deal, despite it being advertised on their website. Disappointed, I decided to eat elsewhere with the kids while my wife ordered takeout. It is unlikely that we will be returning to this restaurant after that experience.

Went here with my girlfriend. To start off poor service although three people were working. One employee seemed like he was high as hell, wearing a subway shirt while working at Moes? and the other had a cigarette tucked back behind her ear while serving.Overall poor service between the three of them.
