Mercado - Fort Wayne

The friendliness and attention from our server made the long, frustrating wait seem not so bad. Could use a little help with handling groups larger than 4 (we had 6). Food was excellent thanks in part to the assistance of our server. She helped each of us newbies really understand the menu and pick just the right things for our tastes.

The only things we tried were the dumplings and the shrimp corn dogs. both were unique and delicious. interesting atmosphere and ordering system.

My wife and I came here for a date night and had a fantastic experience. We both ordered the 3 taco dinner and shared chips, salsa, and guacamole, and each drank a margarita. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be going back and recommend Mercado highly!

As a tequila lover, I was impressed by the wide variety of options at this restaurant. The margaritas paid tribute to tequila while still highlighting its distinct flavors. The food was very good, but I was hoping for more in comparison to the drinks.

We love this place and try to visit whenever we can. However, one of the bartenders is always extremely rude. Whenever we have questions, he becomes immediately irritated. He is a larger guy with several tattoos. If we knew when he was working, we would avoid those days because he negatively impacts our experience. It is unfortunate to write this kind of review, but his behavior really detracts from our enjoyment.
