Bidrage med feedbackI got to tell you, I don 't always write a review but today my wife and I were on our way home and she said let 's get a sub at mike 's . Now I really like Mike 's so of course I said yes.. got there and only two people working, (sorry didn 't catch there names) but one was the mgr lady whom I have see in there busting her butt before and a big friendly guy. the mgr apologized to all that were there and coming in for being short handed, and the big guy did not normally work making subs... but between these two rock stars they kicked out the subs for the people in there and all the online orders.. they both deserve a big fat raise, praise and anything else you can give them.. subs were great, big guys made them great and neat, not sloppy. mgr lady had it going on.. this is one of the many reason I drive in when I need a great sandwich or stop by on my way home.. Bravo to both of these credits to your store.

Love these guys. Always a good environment. I fell on the floor about a week ago, my back was destroyed and I was immobilized. Thankfully, the two young men working created a makeshift stretcher and got me into one of their cars. I am a former circus operator (20 years retired) so I am not in a financial state to have paid for an ambulance ride. They drove me all the way home and got me up the stairs to my apartment. Thank you Jersey Mikes. I love you guys.
This Jersey Mike 's is usually reasonably good, but on my last trip to pickup an online order they were apparently understaffed, under supplied and did a poor job managing workload to be fair to customers. We placed our online order with a pickup time of 12:44 reported from the website. I arrived slightly after this time. It took almost an additional hour for our meal to be finished. However our hot subs were made nearly 30 minutes before the rest of the food, resulting in less than hot and fresh hot subs on top of an extremely long wait. Additionally they ran out of turkey before making our cold subs so all turkey items had to be substituted to ham. Had they made our order even remotely close to as it arrived we would not have had any of these issues. For whatever reason even after I arrived at the restaurant they continued to prioritize in person orders despite the fact that our order was placed long before those orders. Apparently in the future I will need to just get in line, and when I get to the counter insist my order is made right then and there if I ever online order from this location again. When I brought up my concerns and whether or not we would be compensated I was told there was nothing they could do and I could speak to the manager but they didn 't know when a manager would be in . Parking: Somewhat challenging to negotiate the starbucks traffic at times but plentiful parking available.
A total of 2 workers tonight (so I empathize), and several people in front and behind us. Every table in the restaurant was dirty except one. The restaurant was FILTHY. I had to purposefully keep my eyes away from the meat slicer and prep area because it was gross! Nothing had been wiped down. Thank goodness I got a hot sandwich with nothing cold on it. Tried to coerce my husband to do the same thing, let’s hope he doesn’t end up with food poisoning. They had Jersey Mikes sandwich paper taped over the FRONT of the cooler (where they store all the meats/cheeses) like they didn’t want you to see what was in there-very suspect. As we ate, the worker put (what I suspect to be) a mobile order on the counter—the bag falls over and a sandwich hits the floor (still in wrapping paper). A patron picked it up and handed it to the worker. Worker inspects it, walks to the “back” for 30 seconds and comes back with the sandwich and put it RIGHT BACK IN THE BAG. I realize the sandwich didn’t touch the floor, but seriously? All in all, this place needs to be shut down if it can’t staff appropriately. Felt bad for these two guys-I know it’s not their fault, it’s an all around tough situation. Manager or corporate needs to step up.
