Bidrage med feedbackThis location is terrible and I don’t see myself ever coming back. Are all of the local Chipotle’s owned by the same franchise? I order from this franchise location several times a month and they often get my order wrong. I order through the app to take my dinner work and when my order is wrong, I end up with no dinner at work. It’s happened so many times, I started checking my order when I pick it up. The last time I was there I checked my order and it looked terrible. See the attached photo. You can see the bottom of the bowl because the order is so under portioned. When I brought it to the counter the girl working there ARGUED with me saying this is a normal size portion and refused to make me a new one. How hard would it have been to make a new (or add) more food to bowl? I don’t think I will ever eat at Chipotle again. The picture with the Black beans is a previous order. It’s wrong because I always order pinto beans, but they are clearly different portion sizes.
Well first impression was damn how dirty! Coke and diet coke was out,only 2 forks left.Trash over flowing and the floor was covered in trash , ALL tables were dirty too.The good thing was the food tastes great,but too expensive for what you get.A bowl and drink was over 16$
Dreadful service, lady was very dismaying and unconsidered! if I should pay so much for my eating good service with him coming! Not only that she didn't give me any black buzz, she said no buzzing or pinto buzzing if I know she could be made easy! Don't come back.
Unfortunately, this is the only location which will deliver to our workplace, and it is regularly ... a disaster. If you order in person, the quality is the same as any other Chipotle. However, If you're not there to supervise the creation of your burrito, it's going to be, more often than not, incorrect and tiny. We just had three tacos delivered which, with the foil, weighed less than 4 oz. Including the fees, those tacos cost $16. A burrito was ordered with extra cheese, came with none; also poorly wrapped so it was spilling out into the bag. The second burrito was also tiny, half the size you would get in-person. This group order cost $72.It's a testament to how much we like Chipotle that we continue to hope for the best and order from this location. Out of the dozens of orders across the past two years, I would say they've been unacceptable more than 50% of the time.Customers are not going to be satisfied with toddler portions and slapped-together, inaccurate orders. Chipotle charges extra for delivered items, yet they clearly don't care about the quality. If I were corporate, I would clean house as this location is tarnishing the brand.
I purchase Chipotle close to once a week because it is close to my work and easy in and out. The team here is quick and the food is usually good but some members can seem unfriendly at times. Order on the app and you're good to go.
