I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They made two drinks, one of which was not good. When I brought it back, they made me pay for another drink. This is very poor customer service. At least Starbucks would replace it for free. I used to love this place, but this experience makes me hesitant to return as a loyal customer.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a negative experience with the staff. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, but received a bagel with cheese and sausage instead. When I asked for a remake, I was given a bagel with just sausage - no egg. I was shocked, as who orders a breakfast sandwich without the egg? When I tried to return it again, they insisted there was an egg on it and refused to make me a new one. Frustrated, I left after paying $10 for a coffee and no sandwich. It seems like having less than 6 brain cells must be a requirement to work there. I was extremely disappointed.

The staff is super friendly, biggby across the board is my favorite coffee place hands down!
