Arby's - Fort Wayne

On a late Thursday evening, a super friendly young man took my order at this restaurant. The service was quick, the food was fresh and hot, and the young man who took my order was very polite.

I arrived around 10:45am, just as the lunch rush was starting. Unfortunately, my fries tasted old and cold, even though it was just the start of lunchtime. You would think that they would be hot and fresh. Disappointing experience, to say the least.

Every time I have been to this restaurant, something has gone wrong. Today, I ordered a sandwich, fries, and a shake. When I received my order, I noticed that the fries were not hot. I went back and asked for a new batch of fries. The staff told me to wait, and when I returned, I was told to wait in the parking lot. After waiting for 18 minutes for a small side of curly fries, I decided to go to a different Arby's location from now on.

This eatery, one of Fort Wayne's best kept secrets, provides delectable food and cordial service. Excellent discounts and affordable costs.

Only tried to place my order by the drive, and the person who worked the speaker was clearly so bad on drug that they were completely incapable. we spoke clearly and repeated ourselves several times and he could not understand our order or make it right. sounds as if he had to be an excavator or cart pusher at kroger
