They helped me with my dilemma. order right. fries were a bit cold. except the super friendly staff.

Beautiful and friendly service. my food was done before I could shake my drinks. I wish that almost food was as fast as the arby. If I went to the southgate to the bk, I would probably still be there.

Thanks for the one single package of arbys sauce to share under my huge order. Thanks for not giving me any mozzarella sauce for my sticks. I appreciate that there were no serviettes in the bag. I loved it that my cookie was just thrown into the bag and all the riders were melted. really. thanks for this wonderful experience.

Came here to pick up a delivery order. When I tried to confirm the contents, the woman at the drive-through cut me off mid-sentence and said, "you don 't have to read me the whole order. "Lady, your specific location gets so many customer complaints about incorrect items that my food app WARNS ME when I arrive. Don 't be rude to me for doing my job just because you can 't do yours; one of us has to.
